Grosvenor House

We are within easy walking distance to the beach, town and harbour with a picturesque marina, also the Riviera Conference Centre and the Princess Theatre. Buses and the Train Station are nearby.

The Guest House is run by a Christian family, Nigel and Angela Pearce who are active members of Upton Vale Baptist Church. We are here to look after you during your stay in Torquay.

We have spacious Superior rooms with either a luxury 6ft King-size bed or 2 luxury 3ft beds equipped with 22” digital TV, new clock radios, hairdryer, wider range of hot beverages etc. and obviously all en-suite.

We also have double, family and twin rooms all on the ground and first floor, all fully en suite and equipped with digital TV and clock radios. Also we provide complimentary facilities to make tea and coffee and hot chocolate.

In Grosvenor House we have a spacious, comfortable television lounge where you can read, play cards or just relax. We have a selection of books for you to borrow, including those by Torquay's own Agatha Christie.

We have a friendly bar lounge where you can enjoy a drink, make new friends and tell us about your day. If there is anything we can do to ensure your holiday is a memorable one then please ask. We offer an assortment of soft drinks as well as wines, beers and spirits.

In our dining room we offer a wide choice of menu at Breakfast to suit all tastes, freshly cooked to order. In the evening we may be able to provide a full five course dinner with choice of starter, main course and sweet, followed by cheese and biscuits and tea or coffee. We will always try to cater for special diets by arrangement.
