Adam & Jeannie welcome you to Chillington House, a friendly Bed & Breakfast Hotel, opening Spring 2011. Chillington House offers a superb location for exploring the south hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty on the coastal road between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth at the top of the Salcombe estuary in South Devon it is the perfect location for exploring the South hams.

An idylic spot for walking, sailing, fishing and many other activities. With five pubs, two beaches and ample walks all within three miles there's something for everyone. The House is within a few hundred yards of the centre of Chillington village which has a bus stop, gymnasium, village stores with post office, Open Arms pub, White house hotel which serves evening meals, Devon Angling and Sante beauty salon.

Chillington House is decorated in a relaxed comfortable style where children and dogs are very welcome. Our rooms are comfortable, spacious and decorated in a relaxed style. The rooms have king or super king size beds, to avoid any squabbles for the duvet! All the bedrooms are en-suite, have a 32 inch television, tea and coffee making and wifi facilities. The house has a lounge where you can relax in front of the fire and a pretty garden for sunbathing.

There is a disabled access bedroom on the ground floor with a specially equipped shower, and 4 other bedrooms on ground level. Every room has its own parking space on site. Cots and high chairs are available on request, we are also happy to provide additional items you may need for feeding a baby so that you can travel a little lighter.
We have three rooms available for well behaved dogs, please note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, are not to be left in rooms unattended and they are not allowed in the lounge.

The house has a store room for wet suits, walking boots, surf boards and other outdoor equipment.

The House can also be booked for a large group up to 20 people for private celebrations, corporate entertaining or just a well-earned break with friends or family. To make the most of your stay we offer cream teas, breakfast in bed and can help plan activities and dining out.
