Alan and Lin are very proud of the restful, friendly atmosphere; Guests have access to their rooms at all times and we offer a comfortable elegant lounge in which to relax, peruse the morning paper, chat with friends, read a book or even have a little nod in front of the warming fire after a days activity exploring the wonderful coastline of Sidmouth, Devon.

Our light and airy dining room is the setting for a leisurely traditional breakfast and that occasional evening meal. All food is bought locally and combines the promise of organic, fair trade and fresh. Our breakfast are there to set you up for the day and guest feedback is excellent.

All our bedrooms have been recently decorated and each offers quality bed linen and towels, all are equipped with Hospitality trays with tea, coffee and biscuits; freeview can be watched on our digital flat screen televisions.

We also provide clock radio, hair dryers and complimentary shampoo, soap and conditioner. Fresh milk is provided each evening for you to take to your rooms. Wi-fi is available in every bedroom and there is free parking on site. The snug may be used as a games room in the evening choosing from our selection of board and card games.

We are happy for you to bring your friends to join you in an evening meal.
