We are a family run bed and breakfast with a difference.... The difference about our Bed and Breakfast is that actually instead of a room you get an entire floor, which includes 2 bedrooms, living room, wet room, cinema room and garden. We are set in the village of Braunton, only 1 minutes walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and just a 5-10 minute drive to the closest beach, Saunton Sands.

We offer this accommodation for weekends only (Friday-Monday) during the OFF Peak Season, your stay will include a continental breakfast each morning and use of our BBQ if you wish to cook your own meals.

The Bed and Breakfast accommodation is on the bottom floor of our house and is self contained with its own access and parking, we do have young children who like to be heard so please take this into account when booking.

Located in the heart of Braunton, one of North Devon's most popular villages, you will be just a short stroll from it's vibrant shops, restaurants, pubs and bustling village life. North Devon's most popular surfing beaches, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe, are also on your doorstep, just a short car ride away. If you enjoy cycling the renowned Tarka trail can be accessed from the village and this follows the Taw and Torridge Estuaries.
