Field Cottage is a beautiful, traditional Devon cottage, situated in the village of Georgeham, just outside Croyde in North Devon.

We offer bed and breakfast accommodation within the cottage and now also from our newly renovated ‘The Barn’.

Field cottage is the perfect location for a couple or small group to spend a weekend break or longer.

The grounds contain a beautiful mature garden, a small wooded area and a chicken run.

We are well positioned for all the local attractions of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches. The South West coastal path, the Tarka Trail and much more.

Friendly dogs are welcome in the cottage by negotiation.

Field cottage offers Bed and Breakfast accommodation suitable for couples and individuals with well behaved dogs (by negotiation).

Bed and Breakfast guests staying in the cottage access their accommodation via their own front door which leads into a hallway from where they can access a double bedroom, shower and toilet room, lounge and dining room.

The double bedroom features a double bed, skylight and tv. The shower room is decorated to a high standard in contemporary decor.

A well appreciated feature of this accommodation is a spacious, private lounge with large screen TV and Sky. This tastefully decorated, comfortable lounge leads on to a beautiful modern conservatory which features an oak dining table and enjoys views of the garden from every angle.

Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the bedroom and a hearty breakfast is offered, ranging from cereals, fresh fruit or yoghurt, to a full English breakfast.

Off road parking for one car is available at no extra charge.

The Barn is an absolutely charming building, newly renovated to a high standard and perfect for a couple, featuring a double bed, bathroom, Lounge/dining area with a wood burning stove, and basic facilities to make light meals.

Oak floors run throughout the barn which is packed with interesting character features like oak beams and a fantastic mezzanine, which has been converted into a comfortable lounge area.

Outside The Barn is a lovely sun-trap area where a pre-dinner glass of chilled wine can be savoured whilst overlooking the beautiful cottage garden.

The accommodation costs £100 per night, with a minimum stay of two nights. Breakfast consists of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt through to a full cooked, English breakfast. Breakfast can be served in the Garden room of the main house, or if you prefer privacy, you can enjoy a buffet breakfast in The Barn.

Reductions are available for stays longer than 4 nights or more
