White House Farm Bed & Breakfast
White House Farm is a large modernised 17/18th century farmhouse with many period features including large rooms and pine panelling. It is set on the main road yet on the edge of the village in a countryside setting. We have a large, well lit, and enclosed car park for the safety and security of vehicles.
We only have 3 guest bedrooms so we can offer an individual, friendly, personal service. We do operate a non-smoking policy in all our bedrooms for the comfort of all our guests, although smoking is allowed outside in the gardens.
The one and a half acres of gardens surrounding the house are there for our guests to enjoy. Perhaps a nice stroll before breakfast or bed, or maybe a relaxing sit down with afternoon tea, or perhaps enjoying a bottle of wine in the evening sun.
Children and adults alike will enjoy watching and feeding the ducks and chickens or observing the antics of the birds in the aviaries. (Our own free range eggs are sometimes available to purchase). Children might enjoy a good run round to burn off their excess energy.
We are really spoilt for choices when it comes to good food as there are many varied pubs and restaurants all within a few miles. Full details can be found in our information booklet in all bedrooms. We are happy to make table reservations for you - just ask!
