Welcome to our lovely old Farmhouse, relax in our large comfortable rooms and enjoy the views of the countryside. Set in approximately 8 acres, half way between Kelsale and Yoxford, we are ideally situated for exploring all that the Suffolk Heritage coast has to offer. Families are welcome; we have kennels available for your dog and stables/grazing for your horse. There is ample parking and hard standing for horse lorries or trailers. |

It is set on the main road yet on the edge of the village in a countryside setting. We have a large, well lit, and enclosed car park. We only have 3 guest bedrooms so we can offer an individual, friendly, personal service. We do operate a non-smoking policy in all rooms. |
