Charming Casal da Eira, Central Algarve

Casal da Eira is located in a monumental Quinta, which has been changed into a comfortable B&B. The rooms are modern but retained the original rural atmosphere of the house. The B&B has five 2-/3-p rooms and a family suite (2 rooms- 4/5p). All rooms have a private bathroom. There is, detached from the house, a simple but convenient 2-/3- p studio-apartment available with bedroom annex living room, separate kitchen and a bathroom.

Guests can use a living room and there is also a well-equipped kitchen available for general use. Free Wifi throughout the Quinta available.

B&B Casal da Eira has a front garden with fruit trees and a swimming pool in the back surrounded by cypresses. There are many terraces and lazy lounge areas.

Casal da Eira at São Brás de Alportel is an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the coast ánd the beautiful nature of the hinterland. Some beaches and Faro are only a 25 minutes drive. The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding. Some routes start just outside the B&B. Several excellent golf courses are within driving distance.

São Brás de Alportel is a popular place because of its beautiful rural setting at the foot of the hills, the sea and the proximity to Faro and the airport. There is a good main road that takes you to Lisbon or Sevilla in less than 2,5 hours. In the centre there are plenty of shops and supermarkets, banks, restaurants and cafes. On Saturday there is a weekly market.
