Donalea Bed & Breakfast

Donalea is a grand 1920's character home that boasts beautiful cottage gardens framed by glorious views of the Huon River.

Located just 40 minutes south of Hobart and 15 minutes south of Huonville, we provide modern facilities whilst retaining features of a bygone era.

Privacy and personal service is assured, with only two ensuite guest rooms, separate tea room with microwave and private entrance.

A complimentary Devonshire Tea is provided on arrival which can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the front balcony overlooking the Huon River.

Both rooms have DVD's, TV's, electric blankets, hairdryers,, clock radios and heating. One room has a Spa bath.

Breakfast in the morning consists of home made breads, pikelets, muffins, cereals, fruit juice, tea and plunger coffee.
We are located in the heart of the Huon Valley and central to many of the major tourist attractions, including the Tahune Airwalk and Hastings Caves.

Donalea really is a private country retreat and a perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy all the Huon Valley has to offer.

Spa Garden room .. Large room with Queen Bed and huge bathroom. Ensuite contains Spa, double blackwood vanity, shower, toilet and separate powder room. Wonderful views of the cottage gardens.
