Our facilities include 2 well-appointed rooms; our Deluxe Room with ensuite bathroom, and our Standard Room with dedicated bathroom across the hall. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and minibar. Our guest lounge is warm and comfortable and has a large TV, gas fireplace, piano and plenty of seating.

We have a relaxing private patio area with seating and sun-loungers in the garden for enjoying the outdoors on warm days. The private garden is beautiful with high hedges and box hedges and lots of foliage and birds.

We offer a sustaining breakfast included in the tariff. This is enjoyed together with ourselves and other guests. Dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notification.

Our homestay is close to everything you need for a relaxing stay. A short drive from our homestay you will find plenty of restaurants and shops, the i-SITE tourist information centre, public transport to tourist attractions, thermal hot pools and spas and Rotorua lakefront.

Rotorua is the heart of New Zealand's thermal area and has plenty of attractions to suit everyone. There is plenty to see and do from Maori culture, thermal wonders, world renowned spas, adventure activities and more. With so much to see and do in Rotorua we recommend a minimum of 3 nights stay so you can truly appreciate all the things that Rotorua offers.
