Our Bed & Breakfast is in Venice Street, Martinborough, Wairarapa, NZ. You can expect quality B & B accommodation, nestled in the heart of the Wairarapa wine district, one of New Zealand's most renowned wine areas. Martinborough is situated approx 1 hour from Wellington City.

A Night Of Luxury

Expect a night of luxury in one of our three beautiful self-contained motel style units, each with its own en-suite (1 with double spa bath)

Alternatively we have our family unit, with three bedrooms, a separate bathroom and living area.

Regardless of which room you choose, all of this is followed by a delicious cooked or continental breakfast.

The Cafe's, Restaurants & The Vineyards are close by.

Set on a half acre section, within easy (5 minute) walking distance to the square, where you'll find a variety of Restaurants and Cafés, and Arts and Crafts to suit your tastes.

Martinborough also boasts a huge selection of vineyards and olive groves, that you can either take a tour around, or simply peruse at your leisure.

In Martinborough, you'll discover a wide range of activities and places to visit, or simply relax in the privacy of your own room.

Spotless And Sunny Rooms

Three tastefully decorated spotless rooms with their own en-suites (one even has a double spa-bath!).

All rooms have comfy Super King beds, which can easily convert to king singles if required. Each room has a couch, a TV and it's own coffee and tea making facilities, with a café table and chairs to sit outside in the sun.

In addition to the self contained rooms we have added a family or friends facility. There are three bedrooms, a lounge and a bathroom.

There is also communal outdoor furniture in a sunny alcove with a large market umbrella. Foldaway beds and a port-a-cot are available on request.

The Family/Group Unit

The family/group unit has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom and living area. This is perfect for a family or a group.

Two of the rooms have queen size beds and the other two singles. This area and the rooms has recently been totally renovated.

Things To Do While You're In Martinborough

There are many activities available in Martinborough and the Wairarapa district, however the one we are most famous for is our wine tasting! Tours can be arranged, or you can drive or wander around some at your leisure.

If you're feeling more adventurous though how about trying mountain biking, 4 WD Quad bikes, canoeing, jet boat tours or even hot air ballooning.

There's 18 hole golf, antique stores, a variety of restaurants and café's, tennis courts, trout and sea fishing, horse trekking, horse and carriage drives, clay bird shooting, garden tours, glow worm caves, Cape Palliser seal colony, and the Mt Bruce wildlife centre only a short trip away.
