Two newly built, European style units, situated between the historic township of Willunga and the beautiful turquoise sea with seemingly endless beaches. Around the corner, the McLaren Vale wine region with over 75 cellar doors to enjoy.

An absolute gem among all the bed and breakfasts in this exciting part of the world. We offer a luxury accommodation and you can choose between bed & breakfast or fully self contained.

Opened in 2010, both of the two units offer a modern spacious design with a heavenly king size bed, fully tiled ensuite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The units are designed for couples, but we offer a discount for families renting both units, utilizing the inter-connecting door.

Our B&B is only minutes away from the stunning coastline and beaches that influence so much of our lifestyle, culture and primary production.
Seemingly endless beaches and a beautiful turquoise sea and you will never run out of space. Except for Australia Day, when the beaches are packed, there are plenty of room for everybody. A great place for all kinds of recreational activities.
Go for a walk, play cricket, surf, swim or just relax under the Australian sun and, believe it or not, on all our beaches, Aldinga, Silver Sands and Sellicks, you are allowed to take the car on to the beach. There are also car free zones, if you prefer to walk down.
A visit to the beach is a “must do” when coming to our corner of the world.

Our two units are built on our own 14 acres property. From your own timber deck, you can sit back and enjoy a view that stretches all the way from the blue ocean, over paddocks with grazing horses and vineyards, olives and almond trees, until the slopes turn into the natural boundary of the bold range of the Sellicks Hills. We can guarantee you a place to relax and wind down.

Your hosts:
Charlotte & Rune Gennerud, are of Swedish origin, hence the name the Viking Farm B&B and we have been in Australia since 2004.
Even though we didn’t come by long boat, we are very experienced travellers ourselves and we have stayed in numerous hotels and B&Bs around the world. In our own B&B we have tried to combine all our knowledge and experiences with the genuine Australian hospitality and we have succeeded (at least that’s what our guests are telling us). We are animal lovers, but unfortunately we cannot accept pets, because we have too many of our own.
We are bilingual, Swedish and English, and can handle a little French and German as well.
